THE AUTHORS
Sinead E. Kelly has a BA in Early Childhood Care and Education, a Graduate Diploma and MEd in Early Childhood Education, a Postgraduate Diploma and MSc in Systemic Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership. She currently works with Dundrum College of Further Education.

Eilis Flood taught Childcare modules at Drogheda Institute of Further Education. She is the author of many best-selling textbooks in Ireland on childcare education at levels 5 and 6.
